Sensual Lace Design

The fascinating one-of-a-kind pieces of the Charlott collection by RAINER BRENNER have a very special story: A Frankfurt customer gave company founder Rainer Brenner some of the rare vintage lace fabrics he had traded in over decades. Brenner had these fine lingerie fabrics cast into acetate sheets by a specialist in high-quality cellulose acetate, the renowned Italian traditional company Mazzucchelli.

He created perfectly matching designs in 1960s cat-eye style and had them handcrafted at an eyewear workshop near the Hessische Bergstraße. From the sheets with the sensual lace fabrics and other individual pieces, inimitable unique frames with a singular, extravagant look were created. Unique, sensual frames that are a confident, feminine statement, in which vintage and the present literally merge.
